How do I start a claim?

What documents do I need?

At minimum, your booking confirmation and a summary of what happened. Boarding passes, airline emails, delay notices, and expense receipts all help. Send what you have. We will tell you if anything else is needed.

Can I claim for multiple passengers?

Yes. One booking can include several passengers. Tell us how many people were affected and we will handle the claim accordingly.

How long does a claim take?

It depends on the airline and how complex the case is. Some claims resolve in weeks. Others take longer if the airline pushes back. We keep you updated throughout.

Does the 25% fee cover legal action?

Standard claims are 25%. If your case requires court action, we add 25% for our legal team, for 50% total. We explain this clearly before anything goes to court.

EU261 (Regulation EC 261/2004) is an EU law that gives passengers rights when flights are delayed, cancelled, or they are denied boarding. Depending on the situation, you may be owed cash compensation, not just a meal voucher.

Do you handle US domestic flights?

US domestic flights are generally not covered by EU261. We still review US and international cases case by case. If another rule or airline policy applies, we will tell you honestly.
